Mom contacted me just a few weeks before Henry arrived to set up his newborn mini session. She was worried that I was all booked up. Luckily, I had room between two trips out of town and was able to schedule them for their session.

What is a newborn mini session? Well, it is a more compact session that lasts about 1-1.5 hours. It is usually in the studio but can be in home if needed. I capture 1-2 scenes with just the newborn and spend a little time with mom and dad as well. The session includes 1o high resolution retouched digital images of their choice.

I was so lucky to walk into their home to find beautiful light, amazing decor and also sweet little Henry! Henry was amazing. He was asleep when I arrived so we were able to get right to work. I set up a little basket for him to get snugly. Well, guess who cozied up right next to him? Their adorable puppy, Kaida. She laid down right next to him to make sure he was safe. So adorable! I look forward to seeing Henry grow!
